How do I know what size to order?
Order by the artwork size, not the overall frame size. All listed sizes refer to the artwork opening the frame is designed to fit. If using a mount, the frame size stays the same and only the aperture changes.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value. Free delivery applies to orders over £100. Orders below this threshold are charged at cost and can be expensive due to parcel size.
How accurate are your images online?
Images are representative, not colour-managed proofs. Screen settings and batch variation mean slight differences can occur. If colour accuracy is critical, order samples first.
Are items kept in stock?
Most standard sizes and colours are held in stock for quick dispatch. If an item is unavailable, this will be shown or confirmed before processing.
Do you offer bulk or pallet shipping?
Orders over £3,000 will usually be shipped on a pallet. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure or require alternative arrangements.
What type of glazing comes with the frame?
Frames are supplied with clear styrene as standard for safety and transit reliability. Glass options may be available for approved trade customers on request.
Can you supply frames with mounts?
Mounted and unmounted options are available. Mounts are supplied loose (outside the frame) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
When can I expect to receive my order?
In-stock wholesale orders typically dispatch within 2–4 working days. Larger or mixed orders may take longer and will be confirmed before dispatch.
How are wholesale orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via the Amazon fulfilment network on a next-day service. Tracking is provided once dispatched.
Can I resell your frames under my own brand?
Frames are supplied unbranded and suitable for resale. We can also include your own face papers if you send them to us.
Will I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. VAT invoices are sent automatically via the dispatch email once your order ships.
What is your returns and damages policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Any items damaged in transit will be replaced—please report issues promptly with photos.
Do you ship internationally or outside the UK?
No. We only ship within the UK and do not offer international delivery.
